How do I register for a course?

Register online through the course page.

If online registration is unavailable, email box1572solutions@gmail.com to request an invoice or seat reservation.

What payment methods are accepted?

  • Online credit or debit card

  • Employer or agency invoice

  • Payment plans for select programs

Payment is required to reserve a seat unless prior approval is granted.

Do your courses qualify for CME?

Yes. CME eligibility is listed on each course page when applicable.

Certificates are issued after successful course completion.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Certificates are issued for:

  • EMT course completion

  • CME courses

  • CPR and specialty certifications

Replacement certificates are available upon request.

What should I bring to class?

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Government-issued ID

  • Notebook and pen

  • Clothing suitable for skills labs

  • Required prerequisite certifications

Additional instructions are sent before class.

What happens if I miss a class?

Attendance is required for certification programs.

Missed content may require remediation or a scheduled makeup session.

Do you offer group or department training?

Yes. Custom and on-site training options are available for agencies and organizations.

EMT Program Policies

What are the attendance requirements?

Students must meet attendance requirements to complete certification programs.

Excessive absences result in dismissal without refund.

What academic standards apply?

Students are expected to:

  • Participate actively

  • Complete assigned work

  • Demonstrate professional conduct

  • Meet skills competency standards

Academic dishonesty results in removal from the program.

Are skills and scenarios required?

Yes. Hands-on participation is mandatory.

Unsafe actions during skills or scenarios result in removal from training.

Are clinical or ride requirements included?

Some programs include clinical or field components.

Health and background prerequisites apply.

Scheduling is coordinated by the program.

Refund and Scheduling

What is the rescheduling policy?

  • One complimentary reschedule per registration

  • Requests must be submitted before class start time

  • Late requests incur a $25 fee

  • Course price differences must be paid

Requests must be emailed with the requested date, time, and location.

What is the refund policy?

  • Requests must be submitted by email

  • Requests received at least 24 hours before class are honored

  • Refunds include a 10 percent processing fee

  • Material costs are non-refundable unless returned unopened within 30 days

Students must:

  • Follow instructor guidance

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Avoid unsafe or disruptive behavior

Violations result in removal without refund.

How long are training records kept?

Training records are retained by Box 1572 Solutions in accordance with CT OEMS policies.

Certificates may be reissued upon request.
